Keto Gummy Recipe: Child Friendly!

Keto Gummy Formula

These keto gummies are a low carb and sugar free interpretation of childhood gummy bears! Made with 3 ingredients, they require minutes to make and are truly habit-forming! 2 grams net carbs per serving.

Growing up, my brothers and I would sneak gummies around because our parents would tell us our teeth would rot. Now that I'm an adult and I still love my sugar gummies but I need to be responsible...I've finally discovered a keto alternative. Thank god. It's one thing to lose baby teeth - but adult teeth is a no no.

Currently, since going low carb, it's been a battle to fulfill my sweet desires. Everyday gummies are packed with sugar and stacked with carbs. Although online stores and general convenience stores stock sugar free gummies, they are LOADED with counterfeit sugars that cause crazy stomach related issues. In that capacity, I willingly volunteered to track down an answer.

No sugar and no grains are needed, but you’d never tell. The texture is soft, jelly-like, and pleasantly chewy. They are sweet, tart, and can come in a plethora of flavors.

My brothers and I eat them faster than our children do. It's fierce competition.

Keto Gummy Formula

How do you make keto gummy bears?

The Ingredients

4 .3 oz packages sugar free jello mix 4 different flavors

  • Unflavored gelatin– Thickens the gummy bears and keeps them firm at room temperature.

8 envelops gelatin 56 grams

  • Water– Boiling hot water.

1 1/3 cups boiling wate

The Instructions

Start by adding the jello mix and gelatin into a large mixing bowl and mix well. Next, add the boiling water and whisk very well, until the jello mix/gelatin has dissolved. Let the mixture cool for around 10 minutes.

Now, use a liquid dropper (pipette) to drop the gummy bear mixture into the gummy molds. If using multiple flavors, repeat the process until all the molds are filled. Place the filled candy molds in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, to firm up. Once the gummies are firm, pop them out of the candy molds and enjoy.

Tips to make the best sugar free gummies

Place all your filled treats molds onto a baking sheet for simple exchange and expulsion of the sticky candy from the fridge.
Assuming you might want to make gummy worms, move the combination into a portion dish and utilize a pizza shaper to cut long, flimsy 'worms' once set.
For acrid gummy worms, add 1-2 tablespoons of a sugar free powdered drink combination, as Koolaid.

Putting away and freezing low carb chewy candies

To store: Even however these are sticky sweets, they ought to be put away in the cooler, in a fixed compartment. They will save well for as long as multi month.
To freeze: Place the chewy candies in a shallow compartment or ziplock sack and store them in the cooler for as long as a half year.
