Oil Soluble Pink Lemonade Flavoring

To make these Candy Shop Style Pink Lemonade Gummies, gently heat pink lemonade and sugar until warm. Sprinkle gelatin over the liquid to bloom, then stir until fully dissolved. Add pink lemonade extract and optional food coloring for vibrant flavor and color. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined pan, then refrigerate until firm. Once set, remove the gummies, dust with cornstarch or powdered sugar to prevent sticking, and enjoy soft, tangy, and sweet pink lemonade gummies that taste just like candy shop treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pink lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2–3 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder (about 2 envelopes)
  • 1–1.5 tsp Pink Lemonade Flavoring / Extract
  • 1–2 drops pink or red gel food coloring (optional)
  • Cornstarch or powdered sugar for dusting molds (optional)

Directions

  1. Bloom the Gelatin Pour 1 cup pink lemonade into a small saucepan and sprinkle 2 tbsp gelatin over the surface.
  2. Let sit for 1–2 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
  3. Dissolve Gelatin Heat the saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin fully dissolves (about 3–5 minutes).

  4. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
  5. Add Flavor and Color Stir in Pink Lemonade Extract and optional pink gel food coloring until fully combined.

  6. Add sugar, if desired, and stir until dissolved.
  7. Pour into Molds Lightly grease silicone molds or dust with cornstarch/powdered sugar.

  8. Pour the hot mixture evenly into molds or a parchment-lined pan.
  9. Chill and Set Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until the gummies are firm and set.

  10. Finish and Store Remove gummies from molds and dust with powdered sugar or cornstarch to prevent sticking.

  11. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
