This Mint Chocolate Fudge blends white and milk chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and mint extract for a rich, creamy swirl of minty goodness. Melting the chocolates separately, you incorporate the mint into the white chocolate and then layer and swirl both mixtures in a pan. Chill until set, slice into bite-sized squares, and serve—a festive, eye-catching dessert perfect for gifting, parties, or St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
Ingredients
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1½ cups milk chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon mint extract
Optional: 2–3 drops green food coloring for visual appeal
Directions
Prep the dish: Line an 8×8‑inch pan with foil or parchment, leaving an overhang to lift the fudge out easily. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
Melt chocolates separately: On low heat, melt white chocolate chips in one saucepan and milk chocolate chips in another, stirring gently until smooth.
Combine with condensed milk: Stir half the condensed milk into each melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
Flavor the white chocolate: Stir mint extract—and if desired, green food coloring—into the white chocolate mixture for that signature mint swirl.
Layer and swirl: Spoon alternating dollops of milk and mint white chocolate into the prepared pan. Gently tap the pan and swirl with a knife for a marble effect.
Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
Cut and serve: Use the foil handles to lift the fudge block out, then slice into 30 small squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
