Your rewards, explained
How do I earn points?
Eligible paid purchases made after the program launches earn points on the merchandise amount after discounts. Shipping, taxes, refunded amounts and gift card purchases do not earn points. Canceled or refunded purchases may have their points reversed.
How do I use a reward?
Sign in to your rewards account to see your balance. Redeem 100 points for a single-use $1 discount code, then apply it at checkout on an eligible one-time purchase. Each reward code can be used once. Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or bundle promotions.
When do points expire?
Points do not expire under our launch policy.
Do past orders earn points?
Points start with eligible purchases made after the program launches. Purchases made before launch do not receive points retroactively.
Can I use points on Amazon or other marketplaces?
Dolce Rewards applies to eligible purchases made directly on dolceflav.com. Marketplace purchases do not earn or redeem points.
