Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk (or more for a thinner shake)
  • 1–1.5 tsp Birthday Cake Flavoring / Extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp dry cake mix for extra richness

Directions

  1. Add Base Ingredients to the Blender Add vanilla ice cream, whole milk, Birthday Cake Flavoring, and vanilla extract to a blender.

  2. Blend Until Smooth and Creamy Blend on medium-high speed until the milkshake is thick, smooth, and fully combined.

  3. Add Sprinkles Add the rainbow sprinkles and pulse once or twice just to mix them in without overblending.

  4. Adjust Thickness Add more milk for a thinner texture or extra ice cream for a thicker shake.
