SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY UPDATED 10/27/2026

THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US!  THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO DOLCEFLAV.COM.

1.SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. 

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination.

Items in stock will typically shipped out same day when ordered before 2pm pst. On weekends, it will be on the following business day. 

A.Shipping Charges

Free U.S. Standard Shipping

Orders of $25 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping to United States addresses. There is no weight limit, including gallon and bulk sizes. The minimum excludes taxes and shipping charges. For orders under $25, international delivery, or expedited shipping, available rates are shown at checkout.

B.International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. 

Website Returns, Store Credit and Replacements

Effective for orders placed after this policy is published on October 27, 2026. This policy applies to purchases made on dolceflav.com. Orders placed before publication remain subject to the return terms applicable when purchased. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact Info@dolceflav.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Eligible products must be unopened, with their original seals intact, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. Include your order number and proof of purchase. Please do not send products back before receiving authorization and return instructions.

After an authorized return is received and approved, we issue website store credit to the original purchaser's Dolce Flav customer account for the eligible amount paid for the returned items, after discounts and with applicable tax adjustments. Change-of-mind returns are not refunded to the original payment method, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

You are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not credited. We do not deduct an outbound shipping charge that was originally free.

Opened or used consumable products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not limit claims concerning wrong, damaged, defective or unsafe products, or any rights required by law.

Using your website credit

Credit is linked to the original purchaser's customer account, not issued as a transferable gift-card code. Sign in to that same customer account when shopping on dolceflav.com to view and apply available credit at checkout. If you checked out as a guest or need help accessing the account associated with your original order, contact Info@dolceflav.com before creating another account.

Where permitted by applicable law, newly issued return credit expires 12 months after issuance. Where a longer validity period or no expiration is required, that requirement applies. Your credit confirmation will state the applicable expiration date, if any. We will not apply an expiration date while the applicable legal requirements remain unresolved.

Replacements

Any approved replacement is linked to the same original customer account and original order. A replacement and store credit are alternative resolutions for the same returned items; we do not issue both for the same items. If credit has already been issued, contact us so that it can be reconciled before a different resolution is arranged.

Wrong, damaged, defective or missing items

Please contact Info@dolceflav.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where available. We review these issues separately from change-of-mind returns and arrange an appropriate fee-free resolution. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees for confirmed wrong, damaged or defective items. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include a replacement, credit, or a refund to the original payment method where required. Please contact us before returning a damaged or unsafe product.

Cancellations and legal rights

Store-credit-only terms do not override legally required refunds, including applicable rights when an order cannot be shipped or is delayed and you are entitled to cancel. Any mandatory consumer rights, longer return periods or other remedies required by the law applicable to your purchase take precedence over this policy.

All orders will be released from our warehouse within 3 - 5 business days.

 My tracking shows delivered but I can't locate my order, what do I do?

Please contact Info@dolceflav.com and your delivery carrier promptly so the shipment can be investigated. Missing or damaged deliveries are reviewed under the resolution and legal-rights provisions above; this does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

 

For Best Storage Conditions & Shelf-life:

Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment in a tightly sealed original container. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, air, and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use.  After opening, the product can be refrigerated or stored at cool room temperature.

Our flavors have a shelf life of 12 - 18 months (60F° to 72F°).  Never freeze flavors, this will cause some separation, and the flavor may “break” causing you never to get them to mix again.
