Ingredients
3 large cucumbers (about 600 g total)
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
1 cup (240 ml) water (for syrup)
1 ½ cups (360 ml) fresh lemon juice (about 8–10 lemons)
4 cups (960 ml) cold water (for dilution)
2 cups (480 ml) natural cucumber extract (from blended cucumbers)
Ice cubes, for serving
Optional garnish: cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves
Directions
Make the simple syrup:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Heat over medium flame until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.Prepare natural cucumber extract:
