Choose Apple Flavoring for Your Recipe
This oil-soluble apple flavoring is designed for chocolate, oils and other fat-based recipes. For drinks, syrups and water-based applications, choose our water-soluble apple flavoring. Match the formula to your recipe and test a small batch before scaling.
How Much Apple Flavoring to Use
Our general starting range for flavorings is 0.3–0.6% by weight of the total recipe, with product-specific directions taking precedence. For a 500 g batch, that is 1.5–3 g of flavoring. Start at the lower end, mix thoroughly and evaluate the finished recipe before adjusting.
Bottle and Bulk Sizes
Available in 2 oz, 8 oz, 32 oz, 1 gallon and 5 gallons. Establish your usage rate in a small batch, then choose the size that fits your production needs. Measure consistently and evaluate the finished recipe again when scaling.
