Order Processing Time

We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within two business days of receipt.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays are considered received on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on weekdays will be considered received on the following business day.

Large orders can take longer to produce and ship, so order accordingly. If an order will be delayed or can’t ship complete, we will make every effort to contact customers directly.

Expedited Shipping Options

A phone call is required to arrange for expedited/air shipping*. Next-Day air requests must be phoned in prior to 2:00 pm EST. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
