    • 1 cup fresh milk (whole or oat milk for creaminess)

    • Ice cubes

    • Optional: whipped cream or ube jam topping

    Directions

    1. Prepare the Tea:
Steep black tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 3–5 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Allow the tea to cool slightly.

    2. Cook the Tapioca Pearls:
In a small pot, boil 3 cups of water. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 5–6 minutes or until soft and chewy. Drain and mix with brown sugar to coat. Set aside.

    3. Mix the Ube Milk Base:
In a mixing cup, combine the brewed tea, milk, condensed milk, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of Purple Ube Extract (Water Soluble). Stir or shake well until smooth and evenly colored.

    4. Assemble the Ube Milk Tea:
Place cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom of your glass. Add ice cubes, then pour the ube milk tea mixture on top. Optionally, top with whipped cream or a spoon of ube halaya for a richer flavor.

    5. Serve & Enjoy:
Stir before drinking to enjoy a perfect blend of sweet, creamy ube milk tea with chewy pearls.
