Recipe testing: For most flavoring applications, Dolce Flav recommends approximately 0.3–0.6% by total recipe weight. For a 500 g total batch, that is 1.5–3 g of flavoring; for a 1 kg total batch, 3–6 g. Product-specific instructions take precedence. Weigh the flavoring, test a small batch and assess the finished flavor after cooking, cooling or freezing before scaling.
